Most of the neighbourhood's residents are from the community, and it is currently going through urban-renewal processes — driving demand for additional housing options in the city and surrounding area.

Who is eligible?

  • Student of Ethiopian origin in a teacher training program, teaching certificate, or education master's
  • Commitment to teach at a high-Ethiopian-origin school for at least 3 years after training
  • GPA ≥ 75
