Subsidized trades

• Electrician — 6-9 month course, Ministry of Labor license
• Plumber — 4-6 months, license
• Welder — 3-6 months
• Mechanic — 4-8 months

After the course

90% complete the training. ~60% open a self-employed business within a year (link to UJIA-KIEDF loan). The rest join existing employers — construction and maintenance sectors have steady demand.
