Who is eligible?

New immigrants who registered with the Ministry of Aliyah within 12 months of arrival.

What does the basket include?

  • Fixed monthly payment (scaled by family size)
  • One-time first-home grant
  • Transportation cost coverage in the first year
  • Ulpan (Hebrew study) voucher
  • Extended health coverage for six months

How to apply

  1. Register at the Ministry of Aliyah absorption desk — within 30 days of arrival
  2. Present immigrant ID + aliyah confirmation
  3. Open a bank account for the monthly payments
  4. Choose an ulpan and start classes (required for full payment)
