Who is eligible?
New immigrants who registered with the Ministry of Aliyah within 12 months of arrival.
What does the basket include?
- Fixed monthly payment (scaled by family size)
- One-time first-home grant
- Transportation cost coverage in the first year
- Ulpan (Hebrew study) voucher
- Extended health coverage for six months
How to apply
- Register at the Ministry of Aliyah absorption desk — within 30 days of arrival
