Most of the neighbourhood's residents are from the community, and it is currently going through urban-renewal processes — driving demand for additional housing options in the city and surrounding area.

Who is eligible?

  • Student from any background; Ethiopian community has priority component
  • Family income below the poverty line (100%)
  • Studying for an undergraduate degree at a recognized institution
  • No GPA requirement

What's included?

  • Annual grant ₪6,000–₪14,000
  • Can be combined with Marom and community scholarships
  • Welfare counseling through National Insurance
