The neighbourhood is at the heart of urban-renewal efforts, alongside a growing second-generation presence across the city.
Who is it for?
- New immigrants from Ethiopia (within 10 years of aliyah — wider window than Jewish Agency)
- Undergraduate or master's students at recognized institutions
- Not receiving a full tuition scholarship from another source
