- Studying for an undergraduate degree at a recognized institution
- Holding matriculation or approved pre-academic certificate

- Annual tuition scholarship ₪8,000–₪18,000
- In addition to absorption basket and Ministry of Aliyah scholarship
- Academic absorption mentorship
