  • Undergraduate or master's students at recognized institutions
  • Not receiving a full tuition scholarship from another source

How to apply

  1. Valid olim status (olim certificate / ID)
  2. Academic registration confirmation
  3. Apply via Ministry of Aliyah portal on gov.il
