Who is eligible?

  • Student of Ethiopian origin with a recognized disability (National Insurance / medical committee)
  • Studying for undergraduate or master's degree
  • No GPA minimum (rights-based access)

  • Annual grant ₪5,000–₪15,000
  • Coverage for academic assistive tools (software, audio, equipment)
  • Personal accessibility advisor
  • Representation with the academic institution
