Hila — Matriculation → Tech transition
18-24 month track combining matriculation completion with a tech track for community members without full matriculation.
Who is it for
Community members aged 19-30 without full matriculation who want to transition into tech.
What's included
- 12-18 months of matriculation completion (5-unit math + English + science)
- 6-12 months of intro dev bootcamp (front-end / QA)
- Living-cost grant of ₪3,500/month (subject to Ministry of Education budget)
Outcomes
- 65% complete matriculation successfully (target: 80% by 2027 — Hila program plan)
- 40% of graduates continue into a full tech bootcamp (e.g. ENP Tech-Career)
