What is Tech-Career — and is it an ENP programme?
First, a correction
This page previously described Tech-Career as an ENP bootcamp. That is wrong: Tech-Career is an independent nonprofit with its own board and staff. ENP (the Ethiopian National Project) works with ages 13-18 and runs no bootcamp or employment programme of any kind.
What the organisation publishes
- 88% of graduates integrated into the high-tech industry
- 97% complete the course
- around 1,300 graduates since 2002, 40% of them women
The organisation publishes no time window for integration and does not guarantee placement.
Who fits
The course is aimed at people who show strong analytical ability — with or without a degree. Admission conditions, course length and active campuses change; check the organisation's own site.
