Military tracks with a career path

Three stages

1. Aharai pre-army — pre-military mechina for 17-18-year-olds. Prepares for elite-unit roles
2. Atidim Military — technological role in IDF (Mamram, 8200, Intelligence) — 4 years of service
3. Atidim Academic — fully-sponsored BA/MA + guaranteed 3-year civil service

Why it's a strong track

Identifying as "full service path" opens doors to management roles for 30+ years of career. Most senior figures in Israeli civil service went through a similar pipeline.
