Apply at BTL within 12 months of birth (retroactive payment available). Online: btl.gov.il → Claims → Child Allowance. Documents: birth certificate + parent ID + bank details.

Entitled from the date of registration in the population registry — not from birth abroad. Apply immediately upon arrival.
