2022 inter-ministerial committee
An inter-ministerial committee was formed in 2022 following femicides in the Ethiopian-Israeli community. The 2023 report identified specific gaps: Amharic-speaking responder shortage, shelter access barriers, cultural risk factors.

Legal status during separation
