Who is eligible?
- Single parent of Ethiopian origin
- Studying for an undergraduate degree (any academic institution)
- Child/children in care under age 14
- Income up to 170% of the poverty line
What's included?
- Tuition coverage ₪8,000–₪14,000
- Childcare supplement up to ₪10,000
- Academic and personal counseling
- Support group for student parents
