Who is it for?
This entry is filed under the "high school" stage, and that is narrower than reality: the "Ofek for adults" programme serves adults, not high-school students. If you are past school age, there is still something here to check.
Is there a deadline?
No. Fidel has no application cycle and no scholarship form — you contact the association directly and find out which programme fits you.
