Who is it for?

  • Ethiopian-Israeli students in 11th–12th grade
  • Completing high-quality matriculation: 5 units in math/English, or extended units in another subject
  • Auto-eligible if enrolled in ENP school programs (SPACE, tutoring)

  • One-time grant of ₪3,000–₪8,000
  • Free career counseling and pre-academic preparation
  • Connection to ENP alumni network — career mentors
