Who is eligible?
- Youth of Ethiopian origin aged 13–25 who dropped out of the formal system
- Homeless / at-risk / previously detained
- No income restriction (risk-based access)
What's included?
- Personal field social worker support
- Grant covering alternative/vocational studies
- Life-skills courses and programs
- Housing and employment referrals
