Who is it for
Tel Aviv residents from the Ethiopian-Israeli community — open to those without advanced Hebrew + without matriculation certificate.
What's included
- 4-12 weeks (per track): customer service, sales, shift management, store management
- Training tightly mapped to city employer demand (Shufersal, fashion chains, service networks)
- Living-cost grant of ₪2,500/month during training
Outcomes
- 75% land their first job within 8 weeks of completing the course
- Starting wage: ₪32-37/hour (4-5 hours/day on average)
