Community members aged 18-45 without prior professional background. No matriculation certificate required.
What's included
- 4-9 months of professional training (varies by trade)
- 100% subsidized by the Ministry of Labor — completely free for community members (2024 budget)
- Ministry of Labor professional certification on completion
- 3 months of business mentorship (for self-employed launches) — connection to UJIA-KIEDF loan
Outcomes
- 90% complete the training
- ~60% open a self-employed business within a year; the rest join existing employers
