ENP — Teaching Fellowship
Year-long fellowship + training for community teachers in absorption-city schools.
Who is it for
Holders of a teaching certificate (B.Ed or academic conversion) from the community, or final-year students.
What's included
- Placement at a school in an absorption city (Netanya, Rehovot, Beersheba, Ashdod)
- Mentorship from a veteran teacher (Amharic-speaker with 5+ years in role)
- ₪3,500/month grant on top of the regular starting teacher salary
- Fellowship-alumni network of 100+ active teachers
Outcomes
- 80% of fellows stay in teaching for at least 3 years (vs 60% in the general sector)
- Connection to schools with community students (~250 schools in the program)

Apply October-November. Requires a portfolio (CV + motivation letter + 2 references).
