Role Description

The National Employment Service is seeking a placement coordinator for its Beer Sheva branch. Duties include interviewing job seekers, referring them to vocational courses, tracking grants and allowances, and collaborating with local employers.

Requirements

BA in HR, economics, social sciences, or a related field
Experience in employment counselling — significant advantage
Languages: high-level Hebrew; Amharic — prominent advantage
Familiarity with government job databases (preferred)

Full-time (100%), Sunday–Thursday
ILS 8,200–11,000 HR pay scale
