Same-day dismissal without registration, promotion discrimination, denial of full severance, unilateral salary cuts, or representation in disciplinary committees. In the Negev: must be available to face large industrial employers (Soda-Blocker, construction firms).
What to verify before choosing
- Labor Court experience (3+ years)
- Familiarity with collective labor law
- Partnership with the Histadrut or independent unions
- Fluent Amharic (employment contracts aren't always translated)
Typical fees
Consultation: ₪400-700. Dismissal claim: ₪3,500-12,000 or 25% contingency. Disciplinary committee: ₪1,500-3,000.
